    Hi there —
I really enjoy the site — it is a true treasure trove of information on training and development.

I am wondering if you have any information on staffing for a training team.

Specifically, in a given period of time what is a standard load for delivery of training, development of courseware, updates, and general maintenance of the individual.

    Thanks in advance,

I like the description you have for Matrix teams, Tug of War games, etc and the “Team Checklist”. I am facilitating a retreat for a non profit organization and would like to use those pieces as a handout when talking about teams. Do you have any problem with that?

Trying to find a date for the following quote on your site – Change has a considerable psychological impact on the human mind. To the fearful it is threatening because it means that things may get worse. To the hopeful it is encouraging because things may get better. To the confident it is inspiring because the challenge exists to make things better.’ — King Whitney, Jr.
    Can you help?

    1. wiredjava Says:

Jennie, sorry, but I don’t know the date of the quote.
