    Hi there —
    I really enjoy the site — it is a true treasure trove of information on training and development.

    I am wondering if you have any information on staffing for a training team.

    Specifically, in a given period of time what is a standard load for delivery of training, development of courseware, updates, and general maintenance of the individual.

    I like the description you have for Matrix teams, Tug of War games,etc and the “Team Checklist”. I am facilitating a retreat for a non profit organization and would like to use those pieces as a handout when talking about teams. Do you have any problem with that?
